CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER

Michael D. Smith, CFA
Mr. Smith joined UFICO in July 2004 to help start the management company. He is responsible for overall strategy and private investments. He previously served as Investment Manager, Strategy and Research, at Duke Management Company (DUMAC) where he covered all asset classes with a focus on alternative investments. Prior to DUMAC, Mr. Smith was with Hewitt Investment Group in Atlanta for nine years and most recently served as Director of Research. Mr. Smith has a B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER/DIRECTOR OF REAL ASSETS

Peter H. Landauer, CFA, CPA
Mr. Landauer serves as Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and Director of Real Assets. He is responsible for real assets within private investments as well as the back office. Mr. Landauer was previously with the University of Florida Foundation working with the Investments Committee and consultant in overseeing the Foundation investments and back office for six years. He has a background in public accounting and corporate financial reporting, planning and analysis. Mr. Landauer has a B.S. in Accounting and an M.B.A. from the University of Florida.

DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SECURITIES

Julie E. Baker, CFA
Ms. Baker joined UFICO in February 2005 serving as Director of Public Securities overseeing long-only global equities and fixed income. Ms. Baker was previously a consultant with Hewitt Investment Group in Atlanta for eight years. Ms. Baker has a B.S. in Wildlife Ecology from the University of Florida and an M.B.A from Kennesaw State University.

DIRECTOR OF HEDGED STRATEGIES

Travis W. Shore, CFA
Mr. Shore joined UFICO in March 2006 as Director of Hedged Strategies overseeing the hedge fund portion of the portfolio. He was previously with Evergreen Investments from 2001-2006 where he most recently served as Director and Senior Research Analyst of Alternative Investments. Prior to Evergreen, Mr. Shore was a Securities Lending Officer with Merrill Lynch Credit Corporation. Mr. Shore holds a Bachelors in Business Administration in Banking and Finance from the University of North Florida.

ANALYSTS

Brandon L. Baker
Mr. Baker joined UFICO full time in May 2006 having completed a one-year undergraduate internship with UFICO. Mr. Baker currently serves as an Analyst on the hedge fund portfolio. Mr. Baker received a B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida.

John F. DeStefano
 Mr. DeStefano joined UFICO as in Intern in April 2008. Prior to joining UFICO, Mr. DeStefano had interned with Merrill Lynch in the summer of 2007 working within the Global Markets and Investment Banking Services areas. Mr. DeStefano is scheduled to graduate with a M.S. in Finance from the University of Florida in the May of 2009.

Kenneth C. Ying
 Mr. Ying joined UFICO as an Intern in May 2008. Mr. Ying is studying towards a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics with a minor in Chinese as well as a Master of Science in Finance degree. Mr. Ying’s campus involvements include being elected as an officer of Student Investment Club and being selected as an Honors Ambassadors. He is expected to graduate in May 2010.

OFFICE MANAGER

Kimberly L. Ross
Ms. Ross joined UFICO in October 2004 and is responsible for the general administration of the office. Previously she was with Clariant LSM, Inc. as an Administrative System Team Coordinator. Ms. Ross received an A.A. from Valencia Community College.

ASSISTANT CONTROLLER

James D. Humphries, CPA
Mr. Humphries joined UFICO in February 2007. Mr. Humphries is responsible for overseeing the investment and Management Company accounting and investment performance reporting. Previously, he was a Senior Accountant with James Moore & Co. covering audit and tax engagements. Mr. Humphries has a B.S. and Masters in Accounting from the University of Florida.

ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR

Richard Ritari
Mr. Ritari joined UFICO in May 2008. Mr. Ritari is responsible for investment activity accounting and reporting. Previously, he was a Project Manager and Senior Systems Engineer with WebMD Medical Manager. Mr. Ritari has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science in Decision and Information Sciences from the University of Florida.
